The house that my wife and I were interested in was in such good shape, we actually considered saving the money that a home inspection would cost. Luckily, good sense prevailed and we called Bob. I went through the inspection with him and was amazed at his knowledge and thoroughness. He spotted existing and potential problems that I never saw including windows and a heating system in need of replacement, a dangerous electrical service, and old termite damage that other home inspections apparently missed. "On June 2, 2009, Mr. Bob Galster inspected a property my husband and I had contracted to buy in Ocean City, NJ. As condominium owners, this was our first experience with this type of inspection. Bob arrived on time and was very nice. He invited us to follow him through his process while kindly explaining his findings in lay man’s terms to us. Most importantly, Bob uncovered a potentially dire problem that was most likely missed three years ago (the last time the property had been inspected).
